No one knows if its your brother or somebody else.
Do not risk.
So if he can'ts, he'll haveto use yours and to make to make it more simple you both should sign messages to see if it's you or your brother that is talking.
And of course i mean, we were using the same ip.

Just watch their behaviour on the forum. If it's too suspicious they or maybe 'he' will be acused from double-account AND big fat liars. These are just facts.

I simply can't. it's hardly possible to track people who have multiple accounts anyway. there are MANY of them and I know it - but it's still not fair to disallow real persons who share one connection to get an own account just because of those assholes.
