Title describes it all, in .zip there is Fusion 3.64 emulator and Counter-Strike2D.bin file. Created by some russian dude (named PSCD) back in 2006. Could be played with emulator or through a cartrige on actual console. 3 maps, bots, rounds, weapons and shop. Idk very well about controls. Got no idea how to switch weapons and buy stuff.

Just drag'n'drop .bin file to Fusion.exe and game will launch

Controls are:
Arrow keys to move
A/D to rotate left/right
S to choose/shoot

All in russian but there isn't lot of buttons to click before entering the gameplay. Firstly you choose the map, then number of bots. Start round button is the lowest one.

Good luck figure out everything else)
