DC: develop a function to hide the server IP, I think this can prevent some children from pranks Even if you do manage to hide your server IP, people can just use something like wire shark to find the server's IP.
It's not possible to hide your IP completely and believe me that the people that (D)DoS you will know how to find it no matter what you or
DC tries to do.

Conclusion: That would be nonsense. Attackers would just laugh and continue if I would hide the IP because it's super easy to get it anyway.
Trying to hide IPs is not a feasible way to protect a game server.
