I looked but did not understand
Move P228.lua into "sys/lua/*.*"
Open server.lua from "sys/lua/*.*", if server.lua does not exist create one
Replace contents of server.lua with:

dofile("sys/lua/P228.lua")
Now Open P228.lua from "sys/lua/*.*"
Find line 22 of "P228.lua"
Looks like:
1
admins={16202,25021}]
And change it to:
1
admins={96380}
Now open cs2d and run a new game, open the chatbar, with Z usually, and type

/bind mouse3 "say toggle_p228_adm_mode"
Now when you click the mousewheel you will get a notification of what the P228 will do, such commands will fire when shot, examples are: kick, ban, freeze, etc. The names are self-explanatory.
Make sure to equip yourself with a p228 though!
To do that, open the chatbar with Z and type:

/equip 1 4
