GamerNewb: This has been already asked. DC just said that there's nothing wrong or bad the current design and interface of this website. It would take a huge time for him to update the website interface since he's currently busy with Stranded 3 project and other things in life.

The only bad thing about this design is that Google is now punishing websites by lowering their rank if they are not responsive.

Too bad there aren't any good video hosting sites out there with all the features you mentioned.
THEMUD: Well, this can be simply done by copy/pasting it the name of the user and adding to the Ignore List and you are done. Not so hard nor easy, just some little steps. 
P.S. I am referring to CS2D skins/sprites
