There's way too many people who spams a wall of rules on the users, and yet they still don't understand why some do not read/understand the rules.

users have the rights to give reputation for every single user on this forum. (I Just like this system on MyBB) iLoveUS:Hence the idea of beer/cookie points. You can only give cookies or beer, you cannot take them away.
