I really don't know if you could reproduce this without exactly using the line but I hope you could just look at the print function and say "Hey oh shit yeah that's what's causing it!" - If not, I'll just have to give the whole string exactly with colour coding and stuff.
Edit:
You can not swap weapons while walking and looking at the score board (TAB), you can only swap while moving to the left. I bet players who want to quickly check the board and get surprised by the enemy try and change before they release TAB which doesn't work and thus most likely die faster.
Or it's only me who does this.

BTW This bug still exist under linux, it's not my LAN server :x
So, I don't really know if this is a bug or whatever causes the problem but basically there is a zoom hack or whatever you want to call it. I would like this problem to get fixed.
If you type mp_wpndmg_z1 "any weapon that has zoom function" and then 0.
Let's say: mp_wpnddmg_z1 awp 0 and mp_wpndmg_z2 awp 0.
It is meant to eliminate the zoom function and damage in your server.
You may say, oh it will only work in your own server or it disables zoom and dmg in your server, NO, it also works in multiplayer, it doesn't disable the damage but the zoom function. So you can zoom and everything is still visible.
I have this script, which has an error:
When I load this script as "map script", no errors would be printed as well as print('abc') message, but when I load this script again using dofile in server.lua, then error is shown normally:
