It takes maybe around 1-2mb if you were playing 5 hours, though I don't exactly how it takes.
I mean it would atleast take like a gb for 5 hours right

Online you'll find people saying WoW uses 20 MB/hr and Battlefield 3 uses 60 MB/hr. Those games use more bandwidth, and if you actually care about the exact amount of bandwidth you're best off actually measuring it:
