Ah okay. I was a beta-tester so I got it for free :p
Is it worth the 15 dollars? Or just the same boring gameplay?
You can find more information here. http://counterstrike.wikia.com/wiki/Counter-Strike:_Global_Offensive
However, if you are (or were) a competetive CSS player like me, you will find no big differences in playstyle; Since all additional equipment and overdriven weapons (just like the Sawed-Off) will be banned on ESL leagueplay.

If you played CSS you will notice that it is generally the same game experience. But it's way more casual now, they added a few more weapons and equipment and balanced out stuff pretty well. I like it as much as I do CSS but it's for some reason not my game. Also visuals are somewhat different and way better.
Oh, good, then i may try it out when i get the money. I am not a CS competitive player, i never really enjoyed playing Counter-Strike in public servers, actually; as you said, it's "not my game". But gaming experience with friends in Counter-Strike never disappointed me.
I agree about the price, it's really way cheaper than i expected, but i am actually saving money for new computer parts, so every dollar counts.
